Shipping & Returns
All return items require you to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 901.346.0662 to get an RMA number( Returned Merchandise Authorization) within 15 days of receipt of your merchandise. You will need to describe why you want to return the parts and or problems in complete detail. Electronic parts are not returnable. This includes, but is not limited to: gate operators with electronic components, telephone entry systems, surge protectors, keypads, safety devices, proximity readers, intercoms, pc circuit boards, rev counter boards, loop detectors, exit wands, timers, emergency vehicle detectors electric locks transformers, solar panels. Those products are warranted by the manufacturer and will have to be sent to them for evaluation prior to replacement according to their warranty policy. RMA Products need to be labeled with the RMA number on the outside of the package and shipped to Attention Returns at West Tennessee Ornamental Door at 1800 Transport Ave., Memphis TN 38116
You must properly package in a shipping box and return the items in the factory packaging that is in good condition, all parts are to be in the box, not installed and in re-salable condition. There will be a 15% restocking fee on stock parts. Custom order items are not returnable. Items that have been used or installed are not returnable. Upon receiving we will inspect to make sure all parts are re-salable. Missing parts will be deducted from your credit . You are responsible to make sure returns are packaged in a good box for shipping to arrive undamaged, ship all items insured for their value with a signature required for all returns.
Original shipping charges and the charges you incur to ship the returned items back to us will not be credited back to you. There will be a 15% restocking fee for stock parts and a deduction for any missing parts, instruction or repackaging cost we incur to make your product return re-saleable. We will then inform you of the credit that we will be putting back onto your credit card or a check sent you within 10 days of receipt of your products.
All purchases will be UPS or Fed Ex unless the package is over 75 pounds and will require the product to be shipped by truck line. Truck lines will charge an extra $70 for residential deliveries or special in city deliveries and will be billed to you if they charge us for it. Please designate if your order is a residential or special in city delivery. If you do not do it you may incur a charge after we are billed by the trucking company. Please make sure you check your shipment for freight damage and note any damage to the package and make the driver note it on the paperwork. If damage is apparent and product may not be useable, refuse the shipment and they will bring it back to us to work with them on a freight claim. Call us at 888-790-3667 immediately so we can file a claim with the shipper.
You will be responsible for the freight cost on all refused shipments unless there is freight damage and then you need to refuse the shipment based on apparent damage and call us at 888-790-3667 so we can file a claim. Most freight shipment over 75 pounds are shipped freight prepaid and we will file the claim if you contact us immediately.
Special Orders or Special Fabrication:
All special order parts or special order fabrication parts are not returnable.
All international shipment require customs documents and may incur delays at the port of entry. We can work with your customs broker or we will select a shipment method that will include customs clearance.
